Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

HIT products are consumable goods, and for safety and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returned items once they have left our facility.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hitbotanicals.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will evaluate the situation and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

All products sold on our website are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Consumable goods

  • Opened or unopened products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued for approved damaged or incorrect orders. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
