NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor. HIT Botanicals LLC (DBA HIT Energy), 1449 N Topping Ave, Kansas City, MO 64120.

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. How to enter. Complete the entry form on this page, including a valid U.S. shipping address. Limit one entry per person per email address. Entries that are incomplete or contain false information may be disqualified.

4. Drawings. This giveaway is ongoing and has no fixed end date. Sponsor selects winners at random from all eligible entries received, at times of Sponsor's choosing. Not every entrant will receive a sample. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Prizes. Each winner receives HIT Energy product. Prize size varies by drawing; approximate retail value $10–$30 per winner. Prizes are not transferable and no cash equivalent is offered. Sponsor ships to U.S. addresses only.

6. Winner notification. Winners are notified by email at the address provided. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, Sponsor may select an alternate.

7. Publicity. Except where prohibited, winners consent to Sponsor's use of their first name, city and state, and any content they voluntarily share, for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. Privacy. Information collected is used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Your street address is used only to ship prizes. Your city, state, age range and survey answers may be used to understand who enters and to tailor communications. Marketing emails are sent only to entrants who opt in, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
